In order to up level it's important to place yourself in environments that challenge you to grow. that's what I love about being a coach, I ask the necessary questions for my clients & give them plans that they can utilize in their daily lives. I offer strategic approaches to helping you gain muscle, lose body fat% and become conscience of the habits we partake in every day.  

Change is not always easy though it's the most rewarding.  You are here to be motivated & held accountable for the life that you are striving for. I want you to succeed in every avenue of your life!

Time and time again I've gone back to the basics to heal my mind body and soul.  From extreme fatigue, to enjoyment of outdoor sports, to motherhood, movement has been my therapy, nutrition has been my medicine. I know no matter where you are on your journey, you have the potential with the right guidance and support.

    Yes, our meal plans are in the app.
  • Do you offer group virtual sessions?
    Of course! Got a bride tribe wanting to feel & look for best for that special occasion OR just want to workout with your friends no matter what? Contact me through the consultation form & bring this up in our initial chat.
  • How do I sign up?
    Fill out form at the top of this page for a consult with me.
  • Do you offer pre & post natal programs?
    Yes, our postpartum pathways signature program is geared towards preparation for baby & helping you heal your core after birth.
  • Do You Cater For Dietary Restrictions?
    Yes! We can format meal plans based on your dietary restrictions.
  • What programs do you offer?
    We have several programs available depending on needs & goals. Fill out form for more information.
  • Where Can I Track My Progress?
    All tracking will be done using my app. You will be able to track your macros, calories, weights, and more!
  • Are there payment plans?
    Yes. We can find a payment plan that works for you!
  • Do you train in-person?
    This is a virtual experience, but I am open to in person depending on location. Fill out initial form and we can discuss further.
  • Can I Train From Home?
    Of course! While gym workouts can be helpful, we can discuss plans based on your environment and equipment you have access to.
  • Can I do shorter/longer than 12 months?
    Our minimum commitment is 12 months that way we can make sure you're serious about your goals before committing for longer. Most of our clients stay for at least 16 months.
  • What are you 1:1 online coaching prices?
    If you apply and are accepted, all pricing info will be shared on a brief call. We have a lot of different payment options.
